Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is allowed outside only.

Are children welcome?

Casa La Luna is for adults only, with a maximum of 2 people per apartment. The lead guest must be at least 30.

Is there wifi?

Yes, both apartments have free wifi and a TV.

Do I need a car?

A car is recommended. The centre and the beaches of Calpe are about a 10-minute drive, Alicante airport is about an hour away and Valencia about 1 hour 20 minutes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, check-out is by 10:00. We appreciate it if you let us know your approximate arrival time. Late check-out is possible by arrangement, for a fee.

I'm arriving earlier or later. Is that possible?

Is there parking?

Yes, each apartment has its own parking space on the gated property.

Can I do laundry?

Luna (Apartment 1) has a washing machine, and there is a launderette near Mercadona.

How do payment and cancellation work?

When you book directly, you pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer. You get a full refund up to 30 days before arrival and 50% up to 7 days before arrival. After that, no refund is possible.

Can I stay longer?
